Yoww [08 Dec 2008|09:00am] I watched this acclaimed film by Jim Libiran at Isetann Recto Cinerama ( Pati special screening ghettohan haha panindigan.) last night. Set in the warzone area of Tondo, (ika nga nila yung "magulo" na area ) , with some of the actors originating from the real gangs portrayed in the movie.It is not your usual overrated artsy fartsy film na nauuso ngayun.If you liked City of God,you'd like this better because this really happens today not only in Tondo  but the in  slum ,depressed areas of this city,where drugs ,sex , violence  and Hiphop is a rights of passage for respect and survival.
